We've been digging up potatoes, and picking apples over last few weeks:

Wishing you Wassail!

A beautiful day, and thanks to all who came to our garden to wish Wassail to the New year!  Much thanks to Brethren Border Morris, Catriona and Sharon, Pam and Alys for dancing, singing, storytelling, and expertly pruning our fruit to wish in a fruitful new year.

Fair Food Art

First of a couple of food art workshops at the stay & play in the garden.  A mix of fairtrade and locally foraged fruit and nuts rolled, cut, printed.

Me: 'No, but this is an apple tree - can you see the little apples?'

A: 'Can we eat them?'

C: 'They're a bit small.'
